It is the final full day of Summer and looks to be a loverly day. There is no Equinotical Celebration other than the balancing of an egg on end...and I never do that.
I much prefer the Vernal to the Autumnal although all the seasons have their own special appeal.
We have called the floor offically refinished and are beginning our clean up. In a couple more days we will return furniture to its proper place and then move on to the final finish work. That involves trim work...baseboards and such and placing the new stair runner. I'm hopeful it will not linger on our "To Do" list for too long.
