Staining - Stage One

Another step closer to finishing this project with the first coat of stain. We are following our staining formula of Minwax English Chestnut, followed by Dark Walnut. 

We got the English Chestnut applied today and will finish tomorrow with the Dark Walnut. Each color goes down for 15 minutes before we wipe it up.

Today we took eight boards at a time and then waited for the 15 minutes to pass.

We started at noon and finished at 3:45.
