The bastard representative from CenturyLink shut me down before I could even get started. 

I told him I was expecting a credit to show up on my bill because of a down line the previous month. He said that it takes one to two billing cycles for credits to appear. So I had nowhere to go but wait for another month.

I'm not going to wait for another month because the paper trail will be that much colder. I'm going to call on Monday and talk to the repair people and get a copy of my account sent to me. That will be my starting point.

Right now, I'm off to a Hockey game.
