Okay, the main reconstruction phase of the Carriage House is complete. Next comes the power washing and subsequent destruction of old untreated wood. Because of limited time and desire, Susan and I are not doing the power washing or the painting ourselves. We have hired a friend who does this sort of thing and knows what she is doing. Ronnie is the handyman I hope to be some day.

Next Phase
Okay, the main reconstruction phase of the Carriage House is complete. Next comes the power washing and subsequent destruction of old untreated wood.
